2.JetA1 (Kerosene) price to be discussed based in quantity of course



The EN590 we have presently now 200,000MT in pipeline and Product passport in hand.

For this, we have two options for the end buyer.

1. He deposits 2 million USD in HIS ESCROW LAWYER ACCOUNT the Buyers Escrow lawyer verifies the deposit as well the buyer counter signs the commitment letter and the escrow lawyer affirms this to our escrow lawyer. Then we deliver the POP for the buyer to do his Dip test (with his SGS officer this is at buyers costs) once the Dip test is positive the fuel will be injected into our Vessels (we have CPA as well we will issue the buyer a Q88) once the dip test has been confirmed vessel is discharged to buyers designated discharge port. Then a Dip test will be made at destination Then we inject into buyers Tanks and buyer pays via MT103 Then we issue the title of Ownership to Buyer.



Or buyer can show POF via bank to bank as BCL and as well issue a MT700 for one month delivery of 200,000 MT (minimum of course this will be done once we have certified contracts between buyer and ourselves)this is only as a payment guarantee this will not be drawn down only unless the buyer cannot pay the deliveries within the agreed time frame.

To the JetA1 the same procedure as the above in point 2. As a contractual agreement with POF and MT700.



Once your buyers rep has agreed Then we can both show the principles.
