looking for A320, A330, B737-500, 800, DASH8-Q400 on the following routes on ACMI:

KINSHASA TO: Lubumbashi, Bukavu, Goma, Kisangani, Mbuji-mayi, Kananga, Kalemie, Bunia, Isiro, Mbandaka, Beni, Buta, …



the designated flag carrier, is going through difficult times but has just signed a 3-month contract only so far with Lithuania-based ACMI operator .

Nobody knows for sure what is going to happen after these 3 months and we guess some people are trying position themselves to provide a long-term solution after the 3 months.

RDC is for sure a huge country and air transport is the only way to carry pax and freight there so there is a huge potential there.

Problem is that the country is a mess and corruption is everywhere like in most parts of Africa.

Having said that the country needs a solid and safe air system.

There is also a need for freighters all over the country: A320F, A330F, B737-500F,…800. As well as STOL aircraft for flights to the bushes and on unpaved airstrips.

My contact said he has (quote) "some business models” readily available for all these projects. He is ready to share them with us if we can find anyone expressing serious initial interest in pursuing or investigating further any of these deals but must have proof of funds they dont want to just send models out to be used or taken by others

We have not seen these models so far. I doubt they’d be very elaborate at this stage.
