5 x A220-300 aircraft that have just become available again due to buyers failure to raise finance

They are 2019 models with extremely low time.

They were ordered for an operator but never got delivered.

They are $42.5 mil each if you take all 5



airline for sale with current AOC.



It is operational South Africa and operates B737 aircraft and has a maintenance business as well.



Keep in mind the various country restrictions on ownership of AOC’s. In South Africa (RSA) it is max 49% foreign ownership but there is a way around this to cover foreign owners.



The Company is being sold completely. They are a going concern and have some aircraft flying on contract. This airline has been in business for more than twenty years.



I have been involved in finding them a buyer and there are some people talking to us about buying the airline.



This airline could be bought for around $10 mil. They do own some aircraft and they have a valid aircraft maintenance company which is sold with the airline, it will need to be a clean deal and done quickly.
