Combine harvester CLAAS Dominator



Please find enclosed the key points of the offer so that you can initiate your business.



Please understand that this is not a binding offer. We can only make a binding offer once a compliance check has been carried out by both you and the recipient of the goods.



The key points of the offer will be:



1. Price/machine DO 130 + cutting unit C420 : Ex Works 109.000 €. This price includes 1000 Euro/machine, fee for you.



2. Incoterms: Please note that Ex Works is a virtual price, we have to agree on a handover at an EU external border (alternatively an export certificate)



3. The machines are NEW but have been built for some time: Year of construction 21/22



4. This offer contains the following clauses:



a. "The purchaser is responsible for compliance with the statutory provisions for the operation and use of the delivery item. The delivery item complies with the legal and technical requirements for the following countries: ....... [please insert]. It is expressly pointed out that the machines may not be operated in the EU/EEA, the USA, Canada and the UK."



b. Certain products supplied by CLAAS may be subject to sanctions or export control regulations (hereinafter referred to as "Sanctioned Products"), in particular, but not limited to, those of the European Union and the United States of America (hereinafter referred to as "Sanctions"). The customer undertakes not to supply the Sanctioned Products delivered by CLAAS for end use in a country or region or to natural or legal persons subject to Sanctions. The customer shall not supply Sanctioned Products delivered by CLAAS directly or, based on suspicion, indirectly to Russia, Belarus or Russian-controlled territories. If the customer violates the aforementioned obligations, CLAAS shall be entitled to stop supplying the customer in whole or in part at any time and to terminate the contract immediately for good cause. In addition, there is a legal obligation to report violations to the authorities. The customer shall indemnify CLAAS against all direct and indirect damages, losses, costs (including legal fees) and other liability arising from claims attributable to such infringement.



5. Quantity: We can offer between 50 and 80 pcs. Depending on how fast we act.



6. The machines are reserved for you with a deposit of 20% of the order value and are subject to prior sales. Otherwise prepayment applies approx. 4 weeks before shipment



7. I have attached the product documentation and photos of the machine as an attachment



8. The machine configuration varies slightly (e.g. with/without heating) and is detailed in the offer
