1960 Aston Martin DB4 Series II

Factory Left-Hand Drive

? 1960 Aston Martin DB4 Series II Matching Numbers

This 1960 Aston Martin DB4 Series II Sports Saloon is a matching numbers example and extremely desirable factory Left-Hand Drive model thats been sitting for the last 30 years tucked away and frozen in time. Never offered publicly in 50 years and wearing a rare original color combination with a beautifully original interior. Accompanied by various parts including its glass, window trim, and tail-lights. One of just 349 DB4 Series IIs built and an intriguing restoration project.

Beginning in January 1960, the Series II DB4 retained all the classic styling of the original Series I vehicles—including the perforated grille, tall hood scoop, and one-piece “cathedral” taillights—while featuring helpful mechanical updates such as uprated front brake calipers, an increased oil sump, and more interior space. The most obvious change was the switch to a front-hinged bonnet. The Series II DB4 remains one of the most desirable iterations of the celebrated Aston Martin model and this left drive example is not to be overlooked by any collector or enthusiast of the marque.
