One week deposit and one week prepay, 5 days in advance. CAN/HKG/CKG - LAX/JFK/FRA/AMS/LHR/ LGG - CAN/HKG/CKG, any



available, plus UIO - LAX airport of departure.



Pending signature of mutually agreed contract and verification of aircraft and carrier information including but not limited to AOC, Certificate of Incorporation, Aircraft Registration and aircraft-related certificates,CCAR129, TCO, USA waiver/FAR129, Authorization Letter for arrangement and management of charter operations on referenced route(s), as well as loading diagrams, volume dimensions,and photos interior and exterior of aircraft, draft agreement shall be exchanged and reviewed by legal counsel and no refundable deposit payment shall be made short of satisfying all above conditions.



Upon acceptance of this letter of Intent, which is valid for 10 days from January 18, 2022, we will move ahead with reviewing Carrier draft charter agreement, and if consensus is reached on pricing, meeting all terms and conditions referenced above, we shall sign charter agreement and pay a small refundable booking deposit for carrier ino escrow to lock up and lock in the aircraft and start applying to relevant CAA authorities for charter flight airport and route permits, upon receipt of which the balance of full one week flights refundable security deposit shall be paid. And 5 days before the startup contractual flights, one week prepay shall be paid.
