Firm quotation shall be made against receipt of each specific inquiry stating exact required quantity, based on Break-Bulk shipment (initial delivery a lot of about 25,000 metric tons);

DELIVERY: Within 45 days from the date of receipt of firm Purchase Order together with a workable Documentary Letter of Credit, received by the Seller s Bank (negotiating Bank in the Philippines); PAYMENT TERMS: Under the Documentary Letter of Credit, 100% Invoice value, payable at sight, on submission of the complete set of original shipping documents in accordance with the terms and conditions as specified in the DLC including pre-shipment analysis test report conducted in the Philippines by one of the internationally recognized Surveying Companies, such as SGS or CIQ, and all export permits, clearance certificates issued from government departments, etc. etc.

PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION: Shall be conducted in the Philippines by one of the internationally recognized surveying companies, such as SGS or CIQ, at the cost of the sellers; Results of the Inspection certificate shall be binding on both the seller and the buyer.

LONG TERM CONTRACT: Could be discussed after successful completion of the initial delivery/shipment;

DELIVERY: Sellers can deliver the Sand around 200,000 metric tons on monthly basis;



NOTE: After the deal is is agreed to then seller and buyer shall enter into a formal Sale & Purchase Agreement (SPA) .



ADDITIONAL NOTES



The LC goes to the direct mine owner-cum-exporter;

has a contract with the direct mine as their exclusive marketing entity;

The same mine will be offering Chrome ore, Manganese & Limestone too.
