Fishing Vessels + mauritania liccense for Sales

2 fishing vessels.



The first vessel (black color) is the Morten Einar. It is a Multipurpose Trawler -Seiner -RSW.

The vessel is available under Norway flag. Negotiated Price Eur 3.000.000 Photo and specifications attached.



The second vessel is a Factory Freezer Trawler (white & red color) is Sea Blu. The vessel is

available under Namibia flag. It is a older vessel but in good condition. Owners are asking for

USD$ 3.700.00 You will pay off this vessel in 30-60 days max. Photo and specifications

attached.



Both vessels are ready to sail. Simultaneously by purchasing procedure, owner will provide fishing license under the Charter contract and our Quota in Mauritania.



The share due to Charter contract is 50% to the Shipowner and 50% of the catch volume

to the Charterer, or in same percentage of the best achieved sales price provided by Charterer

or Shipowner.



The initial quota for vessel is 10.000 mt and upwards to 100.000 mt +, per year.



Due to the vessels capacities , catch volume , present catch reports and experience, the investment in this vessels can be paid off within 30-60 days .



TO WHOME IT MY CONCERN

Procedure for Purse Seiner or Multipurpose Pelagic Trawler / Purse Seiner under Foreign flag Reg.(non EU/non Mauritania flag)

Simultaneously exchanged procedure

1. Shipowner send us LOI and copies of Vessel Reg.Documents with all technical characteristics.



2.We as Charterer revert with Charter vessel Contract in draft ( advised and further countersigned by the Ministry of Fisheries) including :

A).Draft of Vessel Fishing Licence .

B).PDF copy of original initial Pelagic fish Quota of 10.000 MT.



3.We in advance, inform the Shipowner of actual Licence costs for particular vessel in accordance to the type and technical characteristics of the particular vessel.



4. Up on Contract final negotiations being signed, sealed, and notarized, Shipowner is paying against our Performa Invoice and Charter Contract No…. The costs of the vessel fishing Licence.

A).The fishing Licence cost is calculated/accounted by the ministry and invoiced by us to the Shipowner

B). The Licence is issued within 3-5 working days respectively.



In case of ANY question we are on disposal of the Shipowner with professional assistance he might need in mutual interest.
