SPECIFICATION : Prepared from mature, safe and clean kernels, free from impurities and foreign materials other than the natural ingredients of wheat



COLOR : Natural color, homogenous and free of caking



MOISTURE : Not to exceed 14%



SMELL : Free of any rancidity and foul flavors and odors



WEIGHT : Amount of potassium hydroxide in 100g of flour shall not exceed 50 mg on dry weight basis APPEARANCE ADDITIONAL SPECS: : Free from all insects in all their phases, parasites and rodents :
